OUR APPROACH

The detail matters.
So does the next step.

A strong complaint connects what happened, what the evidence supports and the resolution you are asking for.

THE DIFFERENCE IS IN THE PREPARATION

We don't just write the letter.
We build the case.

A well-presented complaint is more than a forceful account of what went wrong. It is a carefully constructed explanation of the facts, the evidence and the resolution sought. That is where our work begins.

WHAT YOU MAY HAVE

A lot of information.
Very little clarity.

Long email chains. Screenshots. Missed appointments. Several reference numbers. A response that only answers half the complaint.

WHAT WE HELP YOU BUILD

One coherent case.
Grounded in the evidence.

A factual timeline, organised supporting records, clearly identified failures and a measured complaint with specific requested outcomes.

HOW IT WORKS

From the first conversation
to a considered next step.

You do not need to arrive with everything perfectly organised. Start with the essentials; we help you work out what comes next.

  1. 01

    Tell us the essentials

Use the free checker to describe the issue, the stage you have reached and the outcome you want.

  2. 02

    Agree the support

We confirm suitability, the documents needed, a fixed fee and a delivery date before work begins.

  3. 03

    Build the case

We review the agreed evidence, connect the key events and prepare your complaint or case pack.

  4. 04

    Review and submit

You review the finished documents and submit them. Further response or escalation support can be agreed if needed.

AREAS OF SUPPORT

Different circumstances.
The same attention to detail.

We focus on the quality of your records and how your complaint is presented. Suitability is checked before any case is accepted.

01 / HOUSING & COUNCILS

When problems keep returning.

Repair histories, damp and mould reports, missed appointments, contractor failures and council service complaints.

02 / TRAVEL

When the response falls short.

Airline and accommodation complaints, cancellations, delays, baggage issues and unresolved service problems.

03 / CONSUMER SERVICES

When getting heard is hard.

Faulty products, poor service, warranty correspondence, refund disputes and vehicle-related complaints.

04 / OTHER COMPLAINTS

When you're unsure where to start.

Other issues are considered individually. Insurance and financial claims require a separate scope check and may need a regulated provider.

We do not offer legal representation or regulated claims management. Court proceedings, urgent legal deadlines and matters outside our scope need an appropriately qualified adviser.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A few useful answers.

Can I complain myself?

Yes. You can use the organisation’s own complaints process yourself. Our paid services provide help organising evidence and preparing clear complaint documents when you would like support.

Does the free checker send my complaint?

No. It creates an initial service suggestion and a summary privately in your browser. It does not contact the company or accept your case.

Do you guarantee compensation?

No. Outcomes depend on the facts, evidence and the organisation’s response. The personal stories show past experience, not a promised result.

What should I prepare?

Start with a short account of what happened, the response received and the outcome you want. Keep dated correspondence, photographs and receipts together. Please do not send sensitive documents before a review has been agreed.

How is the fee agreed?

We confirm the scope, evidence allowance and fee before paid work begins. The checker’s suggestion is a starting point, not a binding quote.
